We are a B Corp-certified accountancy practice supporting purpose-driven SMEs and entrepreneurs. As we grow, we are looking for a qualified accountant who wants to own a client portfolio, help shape the firm’s future, and support businesses to succeed — financially and ethically.

The Role

You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, taking end-to-end responsibility for accounting, tax, and advisory services. This is a senior, trusted position with real autonomy — and a clear pathway into leadership as the firm continues to evolve.

What You Will Be Doing

Managing a client portfolio independently, end-to-end
Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts
Overseeing UK tax compliance and maintaining client tax plans
Providing clear, practical advice that goes beyond compliance
Collaborating with internal team members and outsourced bookkeeping partners
Contributing ideas to improve systems, workflows, and client experience

What We Are Looking For

ACA or ACCA qualified
Strong technical accounting and UK tax knowledge
Experience managing a client portfolio independently in practice
Confident communicator with strong commercial judgement
Highly organised, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously
Alignment with, or genuine openness to, TBLA’s values
